"Fantastic comprehensive service! 1.) The staff was very responsive in communications to set up the trip and ensure all prior planning was accurate and efficient. They made sure to keep in touch while on the trip as well to ensure everything was going smoothly and help out with any questions. 2.) Maps, routes, and day notes provided by RIDE Adventures were well planned out and incredibly helpful on our self-guided tour. They personally walked us through our trip route twice to make sure we saw everything we could see.
3.) The bikes (BMW F800GS) were current year models and well maintained. Spare tire tubes and maintenance kits were included along with side cases and dry bags. Alejandro was a great guy to meet when handing the bikes back in Punta Arenas. 4.) Lodging and dining suggestions were excellent and a list was provided to make accommodation arrangements well in advance. 5.) Equipment and Gear recommendations from Eric were on point and his perspective on the riding helped us a great deal on our trip. We had an amazing time riding through Patagonia from Osorno-Ushuaia.
